Application to extend the 30-day period in relation to B2019/1241.

Pursuant to s.459(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), I order that the period referred to in s.459(1)(d)(i) of the Act as it applies to the industrial action authorised by the protected action ballot conducted pursuant to the Order issued by me in B2019/1241 [PR713868], which results were declared on 2 December 2019 is extended by a further 30 days.
