S.120 application to vary NES redundancy pay entitlement by 50%. Offer of other acceptable employment. Redundancy entitlement reduced by 50%.

1. Further to Decision [2019] FWC 8611, and pursuant to s.120(2) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), the Fair Work Commission orders that the amount of redundancy pay to which Ms Melanie Wells is entitled to under s.119 of the Act is reduced by 50% to be 6 weeks’ pay.
