A. Further to the decision 1 issued by the Fair Work Commission on 24 December 2019, I order pursuant to s586(b) of the Fair Work Act 2009 that the application made by Mr Brad Barnett be amended to have been made on 27 November 2019.
B. This order takes effect from 24 December 2019.
