Application for an unfair dismissal remedy.

A. Further to a decision issued by the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) on 23 December 2019 in [[2019] FWC 8673] and pursuant to s.392 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Fair Work Commission orders that G8 Fashions Pty Ltd:

1. Pay Ms Hao Le Minh Nguyen compensation a gross amount of $3,161.60 taxed according to law; and

2. Pay into Ms Hao Le Minh Nguyen’s nominated superannuation fund, superannuation contributions in the amount of $300.35.

B. This Order is to be complied with by no later than 13 January 2020.
