Application for termination of the Labourplus Security Staff Agreement 2007.

[1] In accordance with the Decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 24 December 2019 [[2019] FWCA 8696] the Labourplus Security Staff Agreement 2007 (the Agreement) is terminated.

[2] Pursuant to section 227 of the Act the termination of the Agreement will operate on and from 1 July 2020
