Application for unfair dismissal remedy – order amended to clarify meaning of ‘weeks’ pay’.

[1] Further to my Order (PR715007) issued on 20 December 2019 concerning my Decision contained in [2019] FWC 8344, I order by consent that:

A. A weeks’ pay is to be interpreted as $736.00 per week; and

B. Payment of compensation in the amount of 4 weeks’ pay plus 9.5% superannuation is to be made by 5.00 pm on 28 January 2020.
