4 yearly review of modern awards – Professional Diving Industry (Recreational) Award 2010 – modern award varied and renamed – correction to determination.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 14 February 2020 [PR716683] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “856.30” appearing in clause 15.1 of the attachment and inserting “856.20”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 13 April 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 13 April 2020.
