s.602 - Application to correct obvious error(s) etc. in relation to FWC's decision

Treasury Wine Estates Vintners Limited T/A Treasury Wine Estates

Application for an order varying the Order in AG2019/4265.

[1] Further to the order issued in this matter AG2019/4265, the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) hereby orders that paragraph [1] of the order now reads as follows:

[1] Further to the Decision [2019] FWC 8230 issued by the Fair Work Commission, pursuant to s.318 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) the Commission orders that the Treasury Wine Estates Barossa Wineries Enterprise Agreement 2017 or the Treasury Wine Estates Barossa Wineries Maintenance Enterprise Agreement 2017 will not cover Treasury Wines Estates Vintners Limited T/A Treasury Wines Estates (TWE) and its employee Brett Cunningham who has accepted an offer to transfer to the Bilyara Winery and that TWE and the transferring employees will be covered by the Treasury Wine Estates Wolf Blass Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020.
