4 yearly review of modern awards – substantive claim – Pest Control Industry Award 2010

A. Further to the decision ([2020] FWCFB 2109) issued by the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission on 27 April 2020, the Pest Control Industry Award 2010 is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the word “industry” appearing in clause 24.7(b) and inserting “leading hand”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 27 April 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 27 April 2020.
