Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 24.1(c)(i) and inserting the following:

2. By deleting the amount “$15.38” appearing in clause 24.2(b) and inserting “$15.71”.

3. By deleting the amount “$1862” appearing in clause 24.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$1896”.

4. By deleting the amount “$72.02” appearing in clause 24.5(a)(ii)(A) and inserting “$73.47”.

5. By deleting the amount “$15.38” appearing in clause 24.5(a)(iv) and inserting “$15.71”.

6. By deleting the amount “$42.20” appearing in clause 24.5(a)(xiii) and inserting “$43.05”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
