Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$13.58” wherever it appears in clause 21.2(b) and inserting “$13.87”.

2. By deleting the amount “$11.36” appearing in clause 21.8(b) and inserting “$11.59”.

3. By deleting the amounts “$440.09” and “$62.91” appearing in clause 21.9(c) and inserting “$448.97” and “$64.18” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$13.58” appearing in clause 21.9(d)(i) and inserting “$13.87”.

5. By deleting the amount “$20.97” appearing in clause 21.9(d)(ii) and inserting “$21.39”.

6. By deleting the amount “$35.36” appearing in clause 21.9(d)(iv) and inserting “$36.07”.

7. By deleting the amounts “$175.38” and “$25.13” appearing in clause 21.9(d)(v) and inserting “$178.92” and “$25.64” respectively.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
