Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$3.15” appearing in clause 19.5(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.21”.

2. By deleting the amount “$16.25” appearing in clause 19.5(f)(i) and inserting “$16.60”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause D.2.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Travelling allowance	19.5(a)	31.66	per day
Housing allowance—this amount less than the amount of rent charged	19.5(d)(ii)	3.21	-
Meal allowance	19.5(f)(i)	16.60	per meal

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
