Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$19.80” appearing in clause 18.3(e) and inserting “$20.22”.

2. By deleting the amount “$14.17” appearing in clause 18.3(f) and inserting “$14.47”.

3. By deleting the amount “$35.00” appearing in clause 18.5(b)(i) and inserting “$35.64”.

4. By deleting the amounts “$120.56” and “$164.15” appearing in clause 18.5(b)(ii) and inserting “$122.78” and “$167.17” respectively.

5. By deleting the amount “$105.26” appearing in clause 18.5(c)(i) and inserting “$107.20”.

6. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
