Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amounts “$13.27” and “$2.61” appearing in clause 19.3(a)(iii) and inserting “$13.58” and “$2.67” respectively.

2. By deleting the amount “$10.55” appearing in clause 19.3(b)(i) and inserting “$10.78”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Laundering allowance—full-time employee	19.3(a)(iii)	13.58	per week
Laundering allowance—part-time or casual employee	19.3(a)(iii)	2.67	per shift
Meal allowance—overtime for more than 2 hours without notice	19.3(b)(i)	10.78	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
