Application to deal with a dispute in relation to JobKeeper – order made.

[1] Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) on 13 May 2020 ([2020] FWC 2480), and pursuant to s.789GV(4)(d) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), the Commission makes the following orders:

A. Ms Leonie McCreedy, the Applicant in matter C2020/3251, is not to continue to refuse the request made by her employer, Village Roadshow Theme Parks Pty Ltd, on 29 April 2020 to take one day’s annual leave per week in accordance with the JobKeeper legislative scheme.

B. This order comes into effect today, 13 May 2020, and will remain in effect until 11:59:59pm on 27 September 2020.
