EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION) AWARD 2020

4 yearly review of modern awards – Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020 – modern award varied – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 14 February 2020 [PR716633] and the determination issued on 9 April 2020 [PR718117] are corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the clause heading at clause 21 and inserting the following:

“21. Penalty rates—general employees”

B. This determination comes into operation from 27 May 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 27 May 2020.
