4 yearly review of modern awards – Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 – substantive issue - part-time employment provisions.

A. Further to the decisions issued by the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission on 9 April 2020 [[2020] FWCFB 1901] and 29 May 2020 [[[2020] FWCFB 2788]], the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 is varied as follows:

1. By deleting clause 10.3(d).

2. By updating the cross-references accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation from 29 May 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 29 May 2020.
