Application for an unfair dismissal remedy.

A. The Fair Work Commissioner orders that:

1. Pursuant to s.586 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), the name of the Respondent on the originating application filed on 2 October 2019 is corrected to “ADADN Pty Ltd.”

2. Pursuant to s.602 of the Act, the name of the Respondent in the Decision made on 7 May 2020 in [[2020] FWC 2406] in matter U2019/11062 is corrected to “ADADN Pty Ltd.”

3. Pursuant to s.603 of the Act, the Order [PR719211] made on 7 May 2020 in matter U2019/11062 is corrected by deleting “Adand Pty Ltd T/A Adcon Group” where it appears in the Order and replacing it with “ADADN Pty Ltd.”
