Application to vary the Vehicle, Repair, Services and Retail Award 2020 – Schedule I—Award flexibility during the COVID-19 Pandemic – correction determination.

A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 30 June 2020 [MA000089 PR720601] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the words “clause I.2 to I.6” appearing in clause I.1.1 in item A.1 and inserting “clause I.2 to I.4”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
