4 yearly review of modern awards – tranche 1 – Coal Export Terminals Award 2010 varied and renamed as Coal Export Terminals Award 2020 – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 25 November 2019 [PR714163] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the reference to “clause 19” appearing in clause 19.3(b) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “clause 19.3”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 4 February 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 4 February 2020.
