Application by the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union to vary Schedule X
(AM2020/86)

Schedule X in the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 and Graphic Arts, Printing and Publishing Award 2010.

A. Further to decision [2020] FWCFB 3925 issued by the Full Bench on 27 July 2020, the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “8 April 2020” and “30 June 2020” in clause X.1 and inserting “27 July 2020” and “30 September 2020” respectively.

2 By deleting the words “30 June 2020” in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “30 September 2020”.

3. By deleting the words “30 June 2020” in clause X.2.2(c) and inserting “30 September 2020”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 27 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 27 July 2020.
