4 yearly review of modern awards – Business Equipment Award 2010 – modern award varied – further correction.

A. The determinations issued by the Full Bench on 30 April 2020 [PR718526] and 16 June 2020 [PR720075] are corrected as follows:

1. By renumbering clauses 16.3(e) to 16.3(i) of the attachment to the determination published on 16 June 2020 as clauses 16.3(f) to 16.3(j).

2. By inserting a new clause 16.3(e) into the attachment to the determination published on 16 June 2020 as follows:

(e) clause 21—Special provisions for dayworkers;

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 of the attachment to the determination published on 16 June 2020 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation from 18 June 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 18 June 2020.
