Annual Wage Review 2019-20—National Training Wage
(AM2020/96)

A. Further to the Full Bench decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 October 2020 [[2020] FWCFB 5676] the awards listed at Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By deleting ‘1 July 2019’ in the clauses listed at column 3 of Appendix A and inserting ‘1 November 2020’.

2. By deleting the clause and subsequent note listed at column 4 of Appendix A.

3. By updating the table of contents and cross-references accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
