Annual Wage Review 2019-20—National Training Wage
(AM2020/96)

A. Further to the Full Bench decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 October 2020 [[2020] FWCFB 5676] the awards listed at Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By inserting a note at the end of the clauses listed at Appendix A as follows:

‘NOTE: The minimum rates from 1 July 2019 for employees covered by this award undertaking traineeships are published on the Commission’s website. These rates will increase on 1 February 2021.’

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
