Annual Wage Review 2019-2020 - correction – Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Associated Industries Award 2010.

A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 [PR718834] is corrected as follows:

1. By renumbering items A.5 and A.6 as items A.6 and A.7.

2. By inserting a new item A.5 as follows:

‘5. By deleting the words “1 July 2019” appearing under the ‘Wages’ heading in the Appendix to Schedule F and inserting “1 November 2020”.’

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
