Annual Wage Review 2019-2020 - correction – Australian Broadcasting Corporation Enterprise Award 2020.

A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 [PR718965] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the words “Product Support Officer Level 4 – Stand 1 (Merit level)” appearing in the table in item A.1 and inserting “Production Support Officer Level 4 – Strand 1 (Merit level)”.

2. By deleting the words “Broadbanded TOPO” appearing in the table in item A.1 and inserting “Broadbanded TOPO 1”.

3. By deleting the words “Scienic Workshop Officer 4” appearing in the table in item A.1 and inserting “Scenic Workshop Officer 4”.

4. By deleting the repeated row with the words “Journalists and Reporters” appearing in the table in item A.5.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
