4 yearly review of modern awards – Broadcasting, Recorded Entertainment and Cinemas Award 2010 – modern award varied – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 7 October 2020 [PR722495] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$18.74” appearing in clause 34.3(a) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$19.14”.

2. By deleting the amount “$24.05” wherever it appears in clause 46.3(a)(i) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$24.56”.

3. By deleting the amount “$16.07” appearing in clause 46.3(a)(ii) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$16.41”.

4. By deleting the amount “$22.05” appearing in clause 52.2(a) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$22.52”.

5. By deleting the amount “$18.49” appearing in clause 66.3(a)(i) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$18.89”.

6. By deleting the amounts “$16.61”, “$18.74” and “$28.59” appearing in clause 66.3(a)(ii) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$16.96”, “$19.14” and “$29.20” respectively.

7. By deleting the amounts “$14.22”, “$21.14” and “$28.05” appearing in clause 74.2(iv) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$14.52”, “$21.59” and “$28.65” respectively.

8. By deleting the amount “$13.08” appearing in clause 83.2(a)(i) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$13.36”.

9. By deleting the amount $20.08” appearing in clause 83.2(a)(ii) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$20.51”.

10. By deleting the amount “$13.08” appearing in clause 83.2(a)(iii) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$13.36”.

11. By deleting the table appearing in clause H.3.1 of the attachment to the determination and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 13 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee's first full pay period that starts on or after 13 November 2020.
