Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – confidentiality order.

[1] Pursuant to s.594 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) makes the following order:

A. The Commission will remove from its decision issued in matter U2020/8395 on 15 December 2020 all references to the name of the applicant’s former husband.

[2] This Order comes into force on 15 January 2021 and remains in force until further order.

[3] Liberty to apply.
