Annual Wage Review 2019-20 – consequential variations – National Training Wage – reference to Miscellaneous Award 2020.
A. Further to the Full Bench decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 January 2021 [[2021] FWCFB 366] the awards listed at Appendix A are amended as follows:
1. By deleting the note appearing at the end of each clause listed at Appendix A.
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.163(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
