(AM2021/15 and Ors)

Health sector awards – Pandemic Leave – Schedule Y-Industry Specific Measures During the COVID-19 Pandemic – schedules due to cease operation.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission on 26 March 2021 [[2021] FWCFB 1622], the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By deleting Schedule Y—Industry Specific Measures During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

2. By updating the table of contents accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation on 26 March 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 26 March 2021.
