Application for an unfair dismissal remedy.

A. Further to my decision issued on 31 March 2021 [2021] FWC 1785, I order that Brett Galloway pay to Raymond Zhai, the amount of $24,086.41, as compensation in lieu of reinstatement, less taxation deductions required by law.

B. This amount is to be paid within 14 days of the date of this order.
