Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “January 2021” appearing in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “October 2021”.

2. By deleting the amounts “$136.45” and “$5.69” appearing in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “$138.65” and “$5.78” respectively.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause B.1.4(a)(ii) and inserting “$0.85”.

4. By deleting the amount “$93.24” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$95.23”.

5. By deleting the amount “$134.69” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$137.56”.

6. By deleting the amount “$22.09” appearing in clause B.1.7 and inserting “$22.56”.

7. By deleting the amounts “22.66”, “26.12” and “58.97” appearing in clause B.1.9 and inserting “22.92”, “26.42” and “59.65” respectively.

8. By deleting the amount “$2170” appearing in clause B.1.11(a) and inserting “$2234”.

9. By deleting the amount “$1918” appearing in clause B.1.11(d) and inserting “$1975”.

10. By deleting the amount “$153,559” appearing in clause B.1.13(a) and inserting “$158,099”.

11. By deleting the amount “$383.62” appearing in clause B.1.13(c) and inserting “$394.96”.

12. By deleting the amount “$9.74” appearing in clause B.2.7(d) and inserting “$9.85”.

13. By deleting the amount “$1.91” appearing in clause C.1.7 and inserting “$1.95”.

14. By deleting the table appearing in clause E.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2021.
