Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 21.3(a) and inserting the following:

Tradesperson	$ per week
Carpenter/Plumber	22.48
Electrician/Mechanic	16.27
Painter	5.55

2. By deleting the amount “$5.53” appearing in clause 21.3(c) and inserting “$6.03”.

3. By deleting the amount “$15.76” appearing in clause 23.10(b) and inserting “$15.94”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2021.
