Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 14.2(b) and inserting “$0.85”.

2. By deleting the amounts “$3.75” and “$9.74” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(i) and inserting “$3.83” and “$9.95” respectively.

3. By deleting the amounts “$3.01” and “$13.56” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.07” and “$13.85” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$39.51” appearing in clause 14.3(b) and inserting “$43.09”.

5. By deleting the amount “$29.71” appearing in clause 14.3(g) and inserting “$30.05”.

6. By deleting the amounts “$301.31” and “$60.28” appearing in clause 14.3(h) and inserting “$304.81” and “$60.98” respectively.

7. By deleting the amount “$19.11” appearing in clause 33.2(e)(iv) and inserting “$19.33”.

8. By deleting the amount “$29.71” appearing in clause 34.1(e) and inserting “$30.05”.

9. By deleting the amount “$1.74” appearing in clause 41.3(a) and inserting “$1.78”.

10. By deleting the amount “$4.58” appearing in clause 41.3(b) and inserting “$4.68”.

11. By deleting the amount “$11.09” appearing in clause 41.3(c) and inserting “$11.33”.

12. By deleting the amount “$11.30” appearing in clause 44.6(b) and inserting “$12.30”.

13. By deleting the amount “$19.11” appearing in clause 60.3(a)(i) and inserting “$19.33”.

14. By deleting the amount “$19.11” appearing in clause 60.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$19.33”.

15. By deleting the amount “$9.89” appearing in clause 60.3(b)(i) and inserting “$10.10”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2021.
