Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$17.52” appearing in clause 17.3(a) and inserting “$17.78”.

2. By deleting the amount “$955.08” appearing in clause 17.3(e)(i) and inserting “$987.19”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Meal allowance—overtime in excess of one hour after usual finishing time	17.3(a)	17.78	per occasion
Damaged personal effects allowance—an amount of up to	17.3(e)(i)	987.19	per set of dentures and/or spectacles

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
