Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.60” appearing in clause 17.3(a) and inserting “$16.86”.

2. By deleting the amount “$20.37” appearing in clause 17.3(c)(i) and inserting “$21.12”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance	17.3(a)	16.86	per meal
Motor vehicle allowance—Motor vehicle	17.3(b)(i)	0.80	per km
Motor vehicle allowance—Motorcycle	17.3(b)(ii)	0.27	per km
Tool allowance	17.3(c)(i)	21.12	per week

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
