Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 19.3(b) and inserting “$0.85”.

2. By deleting the amount “$15.15” appearing in clause 19.3(c)(i) and inserting “$15.33”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.3.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Vehicle allowance	19.3(b)	0.85	per km
Meal allowance—overtime in excess of 2 hours	19.3(c)(i)	15.33	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2021.
