Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$13.79” appearing in clause 21.3(a) and inserting “$13.95”.

2. By deleting the table appearing in clause D.2 and inserting the following:

Boot allowance—specific footwear not supplied	21.3(b)	0.16	per hour
Equipment allowance	21.3(c)	0.33	per hour
Airfare reimbursement—Snowsports Instructors—Categories A, B or C—an amount of up to	21.3(e)(i)	958.81	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2021.
