Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$19.26” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(i) and inserting “$19.57”.

2. By deleting the amount “$12.23” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$12.42”.

3. By deleting the amount “$19.25” appearing in clause 18.3(e)(i) and inserting “$19.96”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance in relation to overtime—After more than 2 hours of overtime or 10 continuous hours’ work	18.3(a)(i)	19.57	per occasion
Meal allowance in relation to overtime—After a further 4 hours’ continuous overtime	18.3(a)(ii)	12.42	per occasion
Vehicle allowance—Motor vehicle	18.3(b)(i)	0.80	per km
Vehicle allowance—Motorcycle	18.3(b)(i)	0.27	per km
Tool allowance—tradespersons and apprentices	18.3(e)(i)	19.96	per week

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
