Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$79,801” appearing in clause 11.3(i) and inserting “$80,691”.

2. By deleting the amount “$537.51” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(i) and inserting “$543.50”.

3. By deleting the amount “$1124” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(ii) and inserting “$1137”.

4. By deleting the amount “$213.81” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(iii) and inserting “$216.19”.

5. By deleting the amount “$1957” appearing in clause 11.3(k)(iv) and inserting “$1979”.

6. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.5(b) and inserting the following:

8. By deleting the amount “$49.69” appearing in clause 11.5(f) and inserting “$50.24”.

9. By deleting the amount “$5813” appearing in clause 11.6(b)(i) and inserting “$5878”.

10. By deleting the amount “$9395” appearing in clause 11.6(b)(ii) and inserting “$9500”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
