Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 21.1(b) and inserting the following:

2000cc & below	88.54 cents per kilometre with a minimum payment of $7.23
Over 2000cc	$1.12 per kilometre with a minimum payment of $8.82

2. By deleting the table appearing in clause 21.1(c) and inserting the following:

Up to 2000cc	17.6 cents per kilometre
Over 2000cc	21.34 cents per kilometre

3. By deleting the amount “$24.79” appearing in clause 21.4(a) and inserting “$25.19”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
