LIVE PERFORMANCE AWARD 2020

Application to vary the Live Performance Award 2020 – extending the operation of COVID-19 specific termination provisions in clause 25.3(d)(iii) to operate until 12 September 2022.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 11 February 2022 [[2022] FWC 283], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting clause 25.3(d)(iv) and inserting the following:

(iv) Clause 25.3(d)(iii) operates from 12 March 2022 until 12 September 2022.

B. This determination comes into operation on 12 March 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 12 March 2022.
