Proposed Helicopter Aircrew Award – amendments to Air Pilots Award 2020 – award varied – correction.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 28 February 2022 [PR738768] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting item A.85 and replacing with the following:
“85. By inserting the word “and” after the word “regulations),” in clause 19.3.”
2. By deleting item A.99 and replacing with the following:
“99. By deleting the word “pilot’s” appearing in clause 20.3(e)(iii) and inserting “employee’s”.
3. By deleting item A.105 and replacing with the following:
“By deleting the words “pilots” and “pilot” appearing in clause 21.4 and inserting “employees” and “employee” respectively.”
4. By deleting item A.140 and replacing with the following:
“140. By renumbering schedules E to I as schedules F to J.”
5. By deleting the table appearing in clause G.1.2 of item A.145 and inserting the following:

1 These allowances apply for all purposes of this award.
6. By deleting item A.146 and inserting the following:
“146. By renumbering Schedule J as Schedule K.”
B. This determination comes into operation on 7 March 2022. In accordance with ss.165(3) and 166(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 7 March 2022.
