Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – order for compensation.

A. In accordance with the decision in this matter [[2022] FWC 782] issued on 8 April 2022, I order that:

1. Pursuant to s.392 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the Applicant be paid an amount of $7,484.17 less taxation to be deducted as required by law.

2. The amount is to be paid within 14 days of the making of this order.

B. This Order has effect from 8 April 2022.
