A. Further to the Order (PR740125) issued by the Fair Work Commission on 8 April 2022, which is related to Decision [[2022] FWC 782], it is ordered that Order (PR740125) is set aside on an interim basis pending the Commissioner’s reconsideration of remedy and whether the Decision [[2022] FWC 782] should be varied in relation to remedy.
