Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the year “2021” appearing in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “2022”.
2. By deleting the amounts “$138.65” and “$5.78” appearing in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “$142.15” and “$5.92” respectively.
3. By deleting the amount “$0.85” appearing in clause B.1.4(a)(ii) and inserting “$0.94”.
4. By deleting the amount “$95.23” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$100.32”.
5. By deleting the amount “$137.56” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$144.91”.
6. By deleting the amount “$22.56” appearing in clause B.1.7 and inserting “$23.77”.
7. By deleting the amounts “22.92”, “26.42” and “59.65” appearing in clause B.1.9 and inserting “23.65”, “27.26” and “61.56” respectively.
8. By deleting the amount “$2234” appearing in clause B.1.11(a) and inserting “$2276”.
9. By deleting the amount “$1975” appearing in clause B.1.11(d) and inserting “$2012”.
10. By deleting the amount “$158,099” appearing in clause B.1.13(a) and inserting “$161,050”.
11. By deleting the amount “$394.96” appearing in clause B.1.13(c) and inserting “$402.33”.
12. By deleting the amount “$9.85” appearing in clause B.2.7(d) and inserting “$10.16”.
13. By deleting the amount “$1.95” appearing in clause C.1.7 and inserting “$2.05”.
14. By deleting the table appearing in clause E.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 October 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 October 2022.
