Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$0.80” appearing in clause 23.2(a) and inserting “$0.91”.

2. By deleting the amount “$15.24” appearing in clause 23.3(a) and inserting “$15.59”.

3. By deleting the amounts “5.17” and “3.99” appearing in clause 23.4(a) and inserting “5.39” and “4.16” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$15.73” appearing in clause 23.4(b)(i) and inserting “$16.41”.

5. By deleting the amount “$779.05” appearing in clause 23.4(b)(ii) and inserting “$812.95”.

6. By deleting the amounts “$25.49” and “$178.44” appearing in clause 23.5 and inserting “$29.10” and “$203.74” respectively.

7. By deleting the table appearing in clause E.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
