Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$0.85” appearing in clause 14.2(b) and inserting “$0.91”.

2. By deleting the amounts “$3.83” and “$9.95” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(i) and inserting “$3.96” and “$10.30” respectively.

3. By deleting the amounts “$3.07” and “$13.85” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.18” and “$14.34” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$43.09” appearing in clause 14.3(b) and inserting “$46.29”.

5. By deleting the amount “$182.67” appearing in clause 14.3(c) and inserting “$187.63”.

6. By deleting the amounts “$139.36” and “$696.90” appearing in clause 14.3(d) and inserting “$143.14” and “$715.81” respectively.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
