Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$13.78” wherever it appears in clause 17.3(a) and inserting “$14.10”.

2. By deleting the amount “$5.43” appearing in clause 17.3(b) and inserting “$5.67”.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.80” appearing in clause 17.3(e)(iii) and inserting “$0.92”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—overtime of more than 2 hours after normal ceasing time without notice	17.3(a)(i)	14.10	per meal
Travelling meal allowance	17.3(a)(ii)	14.10	per meal
Tool allowance—employee engaged in coffin manufacturing	17.3(b)	5.67	per week
Vehicle allowance	17.3(e)	0.92	per km

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
