Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amounts “$882.57” and “$1750” appearing in clause 16.1 and inserting “$922.97” and “$1830” respectively.

2. By deleting the amount “$168.73” appearing in clause 16.9(a)(i) and inserting “$174.79”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.9(a)(ii) and inserting the following:

Breakfast	Up to $18.24
Lunch	Up to $18.24
Dinner	Up to $37.86
Bed	Up to $93.77
Incidentals	Up to $6.68

4. By deleting the amount “$103.52” appearing in clause 16.9(b) and inserting “$108.26”.

5. By deleting the amounts “$11.73” and “$17.15” appearing in clause 16.9(c) and inserting “$12.00” and “$17.55” respectively.

6. By deleting the amount “$265.04” appearing in clause 16.9(d)(i) and inserting “$275.12”.

7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.9(d)(ii) and inserting the following:

Breakfast	Up to $24.00
Lunch	Up to $24.00
Dinner	Up to $44.44
Bed	Up to $170.67
Incidentals	Up to $12.01

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
